ISAF Match Race Rankings - 31 October 2012

Women’s Rankings

Anna Tunnicliffe (USA) continues to hold a firm grip on the World #1 spot in the Women’s Match Racing Rankings having been dominant over the past 12 months.

With many of those behind her competing at the Busan Cup Women’s International Match Race in Korea, the American still holds a handsome advantage at the top of the pile.

Claire Leroy (FRA), current World #2, took the title at the ISAF Grade 2 regatta in Busan but is still a considerable distance off of Tunnicliffe. Runner up, Ekaterina Skudina (RUS), retains her World #7 spot whilst there is no movement for London 2012 Olympic Champion and bronze medalist in Busan Tamara Echegoyen (ESP) who stays World #8.

World Match Racing University champion Renata Decnop (BRA) climbs two places to a personal best of World #15 after her victory in Nice, France. The Brazilian overcame compatriot Juliana Senfft 2-1 in the final to take her fifth title in 12 months.
