World Sailing Match Race Rankings - 28 September 2016

The September World Sailing Match Race rankings have been released and remaining top of the Open Match Racing rankings is Taylor Canfield (ISV). Winning the 2016 Women’s Match Racing Championship title has solidified Sweden’s Anna Kjellberg Östling as World #1 in the Women’s rankings. Östling now opens up a points cushion back to World #2 Camilla Ulrikkeholm Klinkby (DEN).

With no fewer than four Women’s Match Racing National Championships held in September - in Australia, Great Britain, Finland, and the USA - a number of skippers added points to their ranking totals to solidify their positions.

October will see the 2016 Women’s International Match Racing Series (WIM Series - www.wimseries.com) continue with a return to South Korea for the 2016 Busan Cup Women’s International Match Race (WIM Series - www.wimseries.com/event/2016-busan-cup-womens-international-match-race/) in Busan, South Korea.
