To better get to know some of the sailors who make up WIMRA, we challenged the past and present women’s match racing world champions and some of the top sailors on the ISAF ranking list to a “tacking duel” of questions.

Over the next few months, we’ll be giving you a look inside their heads.

Our first featured sailor: Betsy Alison - USA

Betsy won the first Women’s Match Racing World Championship in Dubai in 1998. Recently she won the 2006 Rolex Osprey Cup. She is currently the coach of the US Disabled Sailing Team.
